Incompetent management, rude and neglectful kitchen staff, downright abusive nurses; not making sure patients receive medicine and leaving medicine out for the to get into. They don’t report residents falling unless they’re bleeding, better hope they don’t hit their heads on the way down. Understaffed, no nurse on the premises overnight AT ALL; God forbid your loved one has a medical emergency anywhere from 10pm-6am they’ll just have to wait for EMS. What a horribly expensive place, for all these problems. Wouldn’t send my dog there.
