My Mother-in-law needed extended rehab after a fall. The staff were fantastic, she would tell me time and time again how nice and friendly everyone was! She was able to complete rehab earlier than anticipated and was able to be discharged after just a few weeks! Great facility, delicious meals, and great people, from admissions to personal care. Highly recommended!

My aunt who is a paraplegic was sent to this "Rehabilitation center" for therapy after hospitalization due to pneumonia. She is elderly and weak. She needed strength to get in and out of her wheelchair and bed. After 6 days she only received therapy once and she wasn't properly dressed for it so she didn't get the full experience. I Took her a pair of sweats but no one ever dressed her. While dropping off her clothes I witnessed a worker use her bathroom, halfway flush the toilet and leave without washing her hands. My aunt told me that her roommate fell out of the bed at 4 am. My aunt pushed the help button but no one ever came. At 7 am she called out to a nurse in the hallway who came to help. Several medical professionals came and stood over the woman while she laid helplessly on the floor, moaning. They finally called an ambulance. The woman laid there for hours. At this point my aunt was ready to go. On her fifth day, the therapist came for the 2nd time at 6 pm! Just in time for dinner. My aunt refused that session because she was hungry and they get an attitude when asked to reheat food. In 6 days, she had one bath. No wash ups, no teeth cleaning , the care is terrible. Nurses would just hand her handfuls of medication without telling her what she was taking. When she asked what's this? The nurse would say I don't know.. and lay the pills down and walk out. One was a stool softener, she didn't know so when her bowels were loose she laid there for who knows how long without anyone noticing. When she finally noticed, she asked for help. The cna had an attitude! My aunt left the same day. She was neglected. And did did not receive the twice a day therapy her doctor ordered. It was a waste of time. This facility needs to be investigated and completely reorganized starting with the directors! She also called her insurance company to make sure they were not paid!

When my parent fell, they didn't tell me. After my parent told me they fell, they did an investigation. There was no documentation and in cameras they said there wasn't anyone rushing to the room like they normally do when someone falls. So, it never happened. Parent should have been seen at the ER bc of prior hip fracture and age.
