Words cannot accurately express just how grateful we are for New Horizon Homes. We moved Dad in about 10 months ago. He was 5 years into his dementia journey and had just experienced a significant set back. There was no way Mom could care for him at home any longer.<br><br>New Horizon Home, Campbell Rd was an answer to prayer. The staff is amazing. So kind and caring. They took excellent care of Dad. Mom would go visit everyday which was perfect for them.<br><br>While Dad passed away a few days ago, I would be remiss if I didn’t mentioned Clive specifically. He is exceptional and leads the house so well. He took such good care of Dad in his final days and hours.<br><br>The peace of mind and confidence we had in the care Dad received was priceless. Thank you, New Horizon Home…we are so grateful for all you did for Dad and each of us. God bless you.

Our family will be forever grateful for the love and compassion shown to my dad during his 11 months at New Horizon. From the moment he arrived, every member of the staff treated him with incredible dignity, kindness, and respect. They cared for him as if he were their own family, and that meant more to us than words can express.<br>They also cared for our entire family, walking alongside us through the most difficult days of our lives with patience, skill, and genuine compassion. Their attention to every detail allowed us to focus on simply being with Dad during his final days.<br>A special thank you to Clive, who was an extraordinary caregiver. His kindness, gentleness, and genuine love for my dad were evident in every interaction. He cared for Dad with such dignity and compassion that we truly felt like family. We will never forget the comfort and peace he brought to all of us during such a sacred time.<br>I cannot imagine going through this journey without their expertise, comfort, and unwavering support. They made an incredibly painful experience as peaceful and meaningful as it could possibly be. We will never forget the extraordinary care they gave to Dad and to our entire family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We could not be happier with the choice we made at New Horizon Homes. The management and staff are outstanding! The level of care and love he received was top notch. And the environment is so warm and just like home for dad. I highly recommend this place

We could not be more pleased. They cater to my husband’s own schedule, they spoil him actually. The food is very good, the staff is always upbeat and caring and you can tell they enjoy what they are doing. The cleanliness is exceptional and the location is in a beautiful safe neighborhood. 8 residents is their limit so that makes it very nice for personalized care. Check it out before you decide on anywhere else. You will be glad you did.

My mother lived in a New Horizon facility. The home was inviting. The food was excellent. The staff was exceptional. I still stop by to say hello to the staff. I am thankful for all that they did for her.
