6/3 To your yesterday response: Not true! I have March email from Mirabel that typically refunded 30 days after 3/22. Today is 73 days. Emailed Brianna & Mirabel 5/14 no response. Brianna responded 5/26 contact Mirabel. Called left messages for Mirabel on 5/26, 5/29, 6/1, 6/2. Also left messages with office for her & called corporate number & left message. The day after I posted a review – Brianna called about taking down review & later for banking info. Same day Mirabel texted she was tied up but would get back to us. Today still no call & no money. BTW read booklet before signing. We cleared his room in 2 days, but they allow 2 weeks & you pay for it, that’s another $2300 they keep, not even meals refunded.<br><br>6/1 Avoid them, all they want is your money. My brother passed early March. We were promised a prorated refund end of April, about $1500. Mirabel, Briana, & corporate will not respond to calls or emails. Clearly the liars intend to steal the money from my family.

Choosing an assisted-living community for a loved one is never an easy decision, but from the moment we walked through the doors we knew we had found the right place. The staff are compassionate attentive and genuinely care about each resident. They take the time to get to no residence personally and treat them with dignity, respect and kindness. The communication with families has been good so far and we always feel informed and involved in our loved ones care. The community is clean welcoming and feels like home. There are plenty of activities to keep residence engaged, and it is clear that the team works hard to create a safe and positive environment. Most importantly, we have peace of mind, knowing our loved ones is surrounded by people who truly care about their well-being we are incredibly grateful for the dedication and support provided by the entire team and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality assisted-living care.

I work with many Assisted Living Facilities in Tomball and surrounding areas. The leadership, facility and the resident satisfaction at New Haven are all very impressive!

I have been in this building a few times and noticed some consistencies worth mentioning. The staff and resisdents were all smiling and pleasant, the building was always clean, and there were seasonal activities happening. I have been in lots of ALFs and this one is definitely one of the best!

We love New Haven for my Father. It is reasonably priced and the staff takes care of my dad. They communicate well. And know and greet us each time we are there.
