It has been three days, and I feel like this is such a great place for rehabilitation! The staff is friendly, albeit they are short on staff, they manage really well with the team they have and if you have an urgency, they manage to be there in a timely manner. My grandma has seen and stayed in her fair share of specialized care facilities and hated all of them, until this one! They do a good job of removing trash, and never leave dirty diapers or soiled objects out and about. They have a beautiful courtyard, and a lovely selection of activities! Their food is really good, they even gave her pulled pork today.

If you are concerned about sending your loved one to a facility like so, choose this one!

As of June 19, I rate Willow Creek five stars. The admissions process was smooth, thanks to Megan’s patience and understanding. Because of a previous experience, I came in feeling traumatized and very skeptical of care facilities. However, the professionalism shown by the Admissions team, Business Office, and Social Services staff has made a positive impression on me. Thank you all for your professionalism, compassion, and support. We are off to a very good start, and I appreciate the positive experience so far.

I transitioned my mother from Assisted Living to Willow Creek in Tomball in July of 2024. She is on the skilled set nursing side. The facility is clean. The office staff is very helpful and responsive. Special thank you to Megan, Veronica, Belinda, Victoria, Jalen, Shay, Rosa, and Leslie. They truly care about their patients. The falls stopped upon her transition to Willow Creek. They keep me updated as to her health. A shout out to Jalen who is an exceptional nurse who truly cares about his patients. Another shout out to both Shay and Rosa, these CNA s play an important role in keeping my mom clean and motivated to participate in the dally activities. My mom is content and has not once complained about being mistreated. The fact that she hasn't been sick or falling down is an indicator that she is being monitored and cared for bt the staff. A special Thank you to these caregiving warriors.

This facility has gone beyond and above. I was so worried about putting my mom in a nursing home.. The hardest decision I ever made.. I would call Stephanie, the former Admin Director and wait for another month or two, then call her back, and I would be indecisive. I waited again. Each time she was patient with me until I decided to admit her and that came with me asking 50 questions.lol. She was amazing and comforted me. Now update to the current.. The staff here I want to thank you so much.. Those words are not enough.. My mother's stay has been amazing.. To the clean rooms the clean hallways., the care for my mom is outstanding. Always on top of her care.. That she grew a bond with the staff.. She had so many names., granny, grandma, Ms. Myrtle, etc.. I want to give special shout-outs 😍., to Megan you know you was the go-to - to get it done 😊 Gabby, Joann, Ana, Amber, Keisha , with love to Belinda I needed that hug ☺️and Theresa for all the encouraging words from you both. James is always so prompt and keeps me updated when I call and ask where my mom is.. She will be at the nurse station with him., just chatting away.. Mercedes for always being direct with me (love that) and Leslie dropping everything when it came to my mom.. Thank you, Veronica and Candy.. If I didn't state your name it's because I do not know it...But I see you and thank you..I save the last words for Alexis you have been a backbone a supporter.. a director for me and my mom.. Keeping me updated until the very last of her stay.. You are truly the BEST❤️ Thank you all!!!! If you are in doubt about caring for your loved ones... Please please this is beyond the facility the place…

Toured this facility this morning on Saturday, Sept. 20 with the Nursing Mgr and the smell is horrible in there! It smells as if there are dirty briefs in every room filled in trash bins! Having carpet all over the place doesn't help either. The smell is too bad in there to feel comfortable admitting my loved one.
