I would never recommend Heritage Park in Tomball based on my family's experience.<br><br>My grandmother was admitted for hospice care, and within the first hour of being there, she was left alone, fell, and suffered a broken jaw and broken nose. It was devastating and completely unacceptable for someone in such a vulnerable condition.<br><br>During her stay, we visited multiple times and repeatedly found her unchanged. On one visit, she was completely naked, sleeping on a bare mattress because the laundry had not been done. We brought these concerns to the staff several times, but nothing changed. It took speaking with a manager after five days before any action was taken.<br><br>The nursing care was extremely inconsistent. I would rate it a 3/10. While a few nurses were kind and willing to help, some seemed frustrated when they had to step in because the nurse assigned to my grandmother wasn't doing her job. No family should have to fight for basic care and dignity for their loved one.<br><br>Two weeks after arriving at this facility, my grandmother passed away. We understand that she was in hospice, but every patient deserves to spend their final days in a safe, clean, and compassionate environment. Sadly, that was not our experience.<br><br>I sincerely hope this facility improves its standards of care so no other family has to endure what ours did.
