My Dad broke his hip the day after Christmas, he had to go to the New Glarus Nursing Home for rehab. Just wanna take a few minutes to thank all the staff for taking such great care of my Dad.

Its been a year since the incidents in question.. Since the people we entrust to do the right things follow proper protocol abide<br>by the vows they took to embrace help assist rehab people we love ever so dearly. It's difficult to for anyone to have to endure. Let alone have this trust broken. So blatantly causing longterm issues that wil never leave .quality of life declined due to neglected care and protocols not followed . Then trying to cover it up. .this isn't going unsaid anymore......

My Dad just returned home after spending a month at the New Glarus Home. He had such wonderful care. The Home was always clean, friendly, and very welcoming. A special shout out to Tecora for always being there for him. Every time we would visit, she would greet our family in the halls and give us a quick update about our Dad. She went out of her way for him. We cannot thank Tecora and the wonderful staff enough for our Dad’s exceptional care.
