I worked myself into exhaustion. I needed a place to get away from the world for a little bit. I was there for a short time but the nurses and the owner and the managers treated me like family. It was good food for dinner that you would have at a Miami restaurant. The place itself just kept looking better and better. As they were remodeling the place and it's turning out beautiful.

We are very happy with the services and staff from New Era. We have the peace of mind that our 21-year-old son , it is a good and safe place.

Staff receptionists can’t even talk English. Answers phone in Spanish. Not even name of facility given. Got hung up twice. No case worker assigned to patients.

I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional care and compassion provided at the facility. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with warmth, pofessionalism and a genuine sense of community. The staff are incredibly attentive, knowlegeable and always go above and beyond! The facility is well maintained, offering a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment. Activities are thoughtfully planned to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Thank you!
