I can’t say enough good things about Broadview Manor and especially Jessica, the caseworker. My father was a resident there for a couple of years and has a number of health issues, so having someone attentive and compassionate made all the difference. Jessica has been nothing but caring, responsive, and truly on top of everything every step of the way. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure my father was taken care of and that our family felt informed and supported. Although my father has since moved closer to me, it gives me great peace of mind knowing that I can still reach out to Jessica if needed. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you, Jessica, for everything you’ve done.

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living home in Staten Island! The entire administrative team is incredibly organized, responsive, and truly cares about each resident’s well-being. They make communication easy and ensure that everything runs smoothly. The recreation staff also deserves special recognition — they plan a wide variety of engaging activities that really bring joy and a sense of community to the residents. There’s always something fun going on, whether it’s arts and crafts, music, exercise classes, or social events. The facility is clean, welcoming, and feels like a true home. It’s clear that everyone here is dedicated to creating a safe, cheerful, and supportive environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a caring and well-managed assisted living community in Staten Island!

My aunt Pamela has been living here, and she truly loves this place. The staff is wonderful to her, and all of her needs are consistently taken care of. They recently renovated the front of the building, and it’s clear that they’re always looking for ways to make the facility even better for the residents and their families. The administration team goes above and beyond to ensure that every need is met. There are so many activities available, and the recreational director, Gladys, is amazing. Hodayai, the administrator, is truly exceptional—I’ve never met anyone as dedicated and caring as she is. She always makes sure every resident’s needs are prioritized. And the the price to live here is incredible. It is the most reasonable price in Staten Island.. The safety and cleanliness of the facility are outstanding. They take great pride in maintaining a secure and spotless environment. My aunt has a beautiful room overlooking the water, and being right by the beach makes the summers absolutely gorgeous. The entire atmosphere is peaceful and uplifting. There is no other place quite like this one. I highly recommend this adult assisted living facility for your loved one—they will be happy and well cared for. I proudly give this place five stars.

I give this place five stars. From the moment you walk through the entrance, you are greeted with genuine warmth. The administration team is truly amazing. My grandmother is in this facility, and they treat her with such care, kindness, and respect. All of her needs are being met, and they recently renovated the front area, which looks beautiful. Her room overlooks the water, and she absolutely loves it. There are always plenty of activities to enjoy, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure every resident is well cared for. Having the clinic on-site—with doctors, therapists, and everything she needs—brings us so much peace of mind. The safety of the facility is excellent, and the fact that it’s right by the beach is such a gift. My grandmother can take walks there during the summer, which she enjoys so much. They also have a lovely backyard area that she adores. I appreciate this place more than I can express. It has truly been a blessing for my grandmother and our family.

I highly recommend this place . You have a beautiful view over looking the beach . You have The boardwalk beautiful park with benches . The place has a front yard gazebo . Plus a beautiful back yard area with tables and umbrellas . The administration team go above and beyond to care for the residence needs .we also have amazing recreation events .
