Do not trust your loved ones with them. Their unprofessional and any review listing them as rude , or not worth protecting your loved ones is accurate. They conduct themselves in a manner that’s consistent with not patronizing their company. They hire raggedy, city employees who act just like their environment. DO NOT ENTRUST THEM WITH YOUR LOVED ONES!!!

horrible company! will staff you with a client, then remove you from the client with no explanation. will not staff you with another client with no explanation! I have been calling to speak with Sharon (office manager) to address my problems with the company, and I can not get her on the phone. when I called to speak to someone ABOVE the scheduling team, my calls NEVER are returned. COMMUNICATION SUCKS with this agency! whenever I did have clients with this agency the clients expressed that they hated to agency as well but that’s another story..save you and/or your family the headache!

This is one of the worst health care agencies I’ve come across. I had an aid come in to care for my 87 year old mother with dementia in the evening so I could get some sleep (my mom was staying up all night). This aid physically picked my mother up & threw her in her bed. The company was notified & could care less about what you say
