I am highly impressed with the staff at this facility but I especially want to write a review about Amy Rice because she is one of the best nurses I have had the pleasure of working with & that’s saying a lot because I’ve been a Nurse for 25 years! I am a Hospice Nurse so we have patients at this facility and have had many encounters with her and she is so experienced with extensive medical knowledge. When we need questions answered she doesn’t even have to look it up bc she knows the patients so well & that is very impressive. Most importantly is the care & compassion she gives every resident! I think she’s awesome bc she treats her patients the way she would want her family treated!

Great place my dad’s been down there for quiet sometimes!! And the staff is amazing and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for being sooo good to him!! Special thanks to Miss Happy and Miss Amy and all the staff!! Loving and understanding!!! Thanks for being so good to him!!

I ended up at Nancy Hart for a large portion of 1021. I don't remember the beginning... They were awesome. Massive stroke Landed me there. In two days in excited to say I'll wil have walked unassisted 300 days this year! I completely attribute that to my start on this journey. I know now I wasn't really awake but I was treated like a king! Mu goal is to some day walk back in to say Thank you in person... I can't say enough about how great they all treated me...

Mr. Wise, the administrator is an awesome guy. He has a great staff that interacts with the residents as I would my grandmother. They are helpful in every way that was asked of them. I really appreciated the care the provided for the residents.

My Mother was admitted here in 2021. She passed away there in 2022. The staff for the most part was very friendly and helpful. The nursing home seemed very clean and they were taking precautions against COVID properly. The only complaints I have are about when she was first admitted, they lost her clothing and her bottom teeth. When I went to bring her some more clothing, she was only in a diaper and a t shirt. Another issue was when she passed away I was told she only had a cold and was fine. She died two days later. She did have breathing issues and was on oxygen. However, no one called me and told me how quickly this escalated. I only got a call that she had a cold, I talked to her on the phone and she was congested. I called back the next day to check on her with the staff and they said she was fine and it was only a cold. The next call was that they were rushing her to the ER and then she passed away. After she died no one called to offer to let me have any of her things. I would say it is a decent facility,but they do need to attend to a few issues, and they should keep family more up to date on what is going on if a loved one is sick and make sure belongings are not lost.
