I can't say enough about the kindness and love we felt at Heardmont. From the moment our loved one arrived on the campus, he was loved and cared for in the best ways possible. When we visited and asked for special accomodation for him, they just said, "Yes!" - he was spoiled... So many thanks and so much gratitude for all the love and care from Terry, Anita, Amy, Michelle and all the nurses as Stephen graduated from this life to the next.

If I could give negative stars, I would. That Anita woman is the rudest “nurse” I’ve ever met. We have a family member there and she just hangs up on you when you call to talk to them claiming you’re “not on the list”. We called the facility last night and that was never an issue until we basically told them to actually do their job. Now all of a sudden, there’s a “list”. They are mad because when we called last night, we asked them to reposition him or let him stand up because he was calling us in pain from being stuck in one spot and was THIRSTY! We spent hours all night on the phone with Him on his cell phone and went to check on him this morning by calling the facility because we couldn’t reach him via cell phone and they will now not allow us to speak to him out of spite. This place is horrible. When we called last night to help him get the assistance he needed, the nurse on shift said she was there for 16 hours and hopes he won’t be ringing his alarm all night because SHE needs to rest. Do not put your family in this facility if you care about them. Awful. If you don’t want to care for people and your interpersonal skills are this poor, FIND A DIFFERENT JOB!

I have tried to call this facility 10x about my father and no one answered the phone. This is not the first time this has happened. This facility has to do better. I understand businesses but we still must remain professional. It was very important information about my father and NO ONE answered EVERY time I called!

I want to write this review to brag on the staff I had the pleasure of working with today. I am a Hospice Nurse and was seeing a patient and let me tell you they are so lucky to have Natasha as a Nurse! She was extremely knowledgeable about the patient I was seeing that was declining rapidly. She knew everything I needed answers to without having to look it up bc that’s how much she knows and cares about the residents! She’s has the kindest soul and you can tell she has the care and compassion that these patients need towards the end of their life! Working in a facility is hard work but she does it with grace! I had a lot of charting to do and she went above and beyond to get me a chair to sit in. I know that seems like a small gesture but it’s the little things that matter most & for her to just do that was so incredibly kind. We need more Natasha’s in this industry for sure! Also the sweet girl at the desk, I didn’t catch her name but she was so helpful in looking up stuff I needed to know and giving me information before I even asked for it! Remarkable in my opinion!
