My family has used this service for about 5 years as a way to help my 95 year old mother live independently. It has been a complete success thanks to the hard work and dedication of their office and field staff. With my mother now transitioning to Assisted Living we can only hope she will be surrounded by such a loving, gentle, kind, and competent staff. I would reccomend this service to anyone.

OK, I wasn't going to give this company a review, thought ok maistakes happen. But getting a form letter thanking me for allowing the company to deliver in home care for me has me angry. The company was to provide services after my surgery. Had met with everyone. Days were set up, etc. On the first day of service I waited for my person assigned to me to show up. Had things that needed done, etc. Well, I waited ! Finally had to call the office to see if the person was running late. The reply was that the person was ill and not working that day. I asked if I should have been contacted. The assistant said she would look at the schedule. Didn't know why I hadn't been contacted. OH THE REASON I WASN'T CONTACTED I WASN'T EVEN ON THE SCHEDULE. No, oh my goodness so sorry, let me look into this. No nothing except the person would be at my house on the next scheduled day. I did get a phone call later from the care coach saying this wasn't normal for the business. Told her it didn't matter because they were fired. I would not need their service. Thought that was the end of having any contact with them. Thought about giving a review but thought I should give them the benefit of the doubt. Well, today I get a form letter in the mail that says it has been their privilege to provide high quality in home services to me. And that I have been discharged per my request. WHAT SERVICES - YOU COULDN'T EVEN FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE FIRST VISIT.
