I have had the experience of meeting many of the healthcare staff at 'My Personal Home Health Care' and they were all very supportive to their patient. Very professional, attentive to individual needs, and thorough with patient care management. I highly recommend this company. Its a very stressful and trying time when making decisions for elderly family members. Shekeria takes the time to provide personal accommodations to fit your needs!

When I needed some assistance with my parents, Shakeria helped everyone feel comfortable about getting a little help with showering, cleaning, and more. She was super responsive, flexible, and understanding about our situation. My dad who hasn’t been able to walk through a grocery store for years, was actually able to do so because of the supervised walks he had been doing with Anita.

When my mom returned from the hospital she was in need of immediate overnight & day care. My personal Home Health Care was able to quickly respond and put together a competent team of caring health aides to cover all shifts. My mom received the help she needed and we are forever grateful. I would highly recommend My Personal Home Health Care for your health aid needs.

I would highly recommend MyPersonal Home Healthcare. I hired them in May for 24 hour care for my father with Parkinsons. They are very professional, caring and go well beyond the basic services. If there is any issues, it is tended to immediately. I have never been in a position to have to cover for a no show like I had to with another company. A+++++

The ladies who stayed overnight with my mom were very friendly, and once mom sort of got used to the idea, it worked out well. The staff being from central MA posed a little bit of a problem. Some arrived late apparently not aware of how far it was to western MA, car problems etc. Someone always showed up though. Once the 3 nurses who were willing and able to get there were in place it went smoother. Personally my family would choose a comany who originates and primarily works in western MA would be a better choice. We were very satisfied and comfortable however with the 3 women who stayed with mom.
