The staff is incredibly friendly, compassionate, and attentive, always treating residents and families with kindness, dignity, and respect. What stands out most is the genuine care and commitment the staff demonstrates every day. Their hard work and dedication create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel supported and valued. The facility itself is beautiful, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. The attention to detail throughout the building reflects the pride everyone takes in providing the highest quality of care and comfort. I highly recommend Mountainside Skilled Nursing & Rehab to anyone seeking a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center with outstanding staff, excellent care, and a wonderful atmosphere. I would like to share the experience I had while staying at Mountainside Skilled Nursing and Rehab. I was admitted in early February and did not go home until March 27th. This was the most positive experience while staying at a rehab. I would never go elsewhere. When I entered the front door I was greeted by Rebecca in a friendly manner. When I got to my room so many of the staff, from Administration to Medical Staff, came in to introduce themselves. What impressed me the most was the concern that everyone had to make sure I was taken care of, and the way they all worked together. Of course the staff is many, but I would like to mention a few that really stood out in my daily care. Angela, Courtney, Faruk, Jennifer, Jessica, Jessie, Keisha, Liz, Lopez, Luke, Rebecca, Rashed, Roxie, Sherri, Veronica, and Wendy. I would like to also mention how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the facility. Housekeeping came in every day and dusted the furniture and windowsill, as well as wet-mopped the floor. I noticed they used a new mop cover in every room. The Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy Department is wonderful. They all work together and make sure you are comfortable. I cannot say enough positive things about Mountainside Skilled Nursing & Rehab. I highly recommend you consider them if you ever need help.

Mountainside is caring for my mom right now. They are taking care of her needs medically (Rx twice a day, RN visits every day), physically (PT/OT even on weekends), mentally (cognitive therapy), and emotionally (treating her with loving kindness always). My mom does have to take a bus to have her spiritual needs met so that is outside of the services that are here. But they make sure my mom is up, showered, dressed, and in the lobby by 9am so she can get on the bus. So now that I think about it, they definitely are even helping her spiritually. The building needs work, but the people are the best.

We have had a great experience at this facility. All of the staff are kind, compassionate, and attentive. The nurses and group facilitators are great and the aides really take the time to know their patients. Courtney, Jennifer, and Sherri have been so helpful and responsive with any questions we have had and really helped us with the transition to this facility. It is never an easy decision to put your loved ones in a long term care facility, but these ladies have helped make it as comfortable and seamless as possible! We are so grateful for the team and care here by all the staff!

I am very happy and satisfied with nursing especially Kornelia and the CNA Deilande, they were very helpful to me. Therapy was very good, Kathy and Cristy and the office staff were very helpful. Liz, Sherri and Angela are very nice. Everyone is helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs nursing and rehab. Recreation is great too. Place is clean and it does not smell.
