Mother of Perpetual Help Residence is a memory care and assisted living community located in St. Louis, Missouri, situated on the Cardinal Ritter Senior Services' Shrewsbury campus. The non-profit organization provides a safe home for older adults who value their independence while needing limited assistance, with specially trained staff offering 24-hour care for residents living in apartments.

The community emphasizes engagement and wellness through a robust activity program. An activity coordinator plans outings for shopping, dining, theater, and sporting events, while residents can participate in exercise classes, lectures, arts and crafts, card games, and parties. Three meals per day are served in the dining room, and the community features beautiful common areas for gathering with friends and loved ones.

Mother of Perpetual Help provides specialized dementia and Alzheimer's disease care services. The community embraces Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care (PAC) method, with trained staff and a PAC certified coach, trainers, and independent consultant working toward total community certification. The community implements It's Never Too Late (iN2L) technology, a state-of-the-art system combining touch screen computers with picture-based software offering over 5,000 content applications.
