I was taken there from the hospital, at 7:00 p.m. I had just had a total shoulder replacement. When I got to Mary Queen they did not have any of my medicines which included my pain medication for my surgery. I did not get a pain pill until 8:00 in the morning the next day! There were other issues too but I'm not going to post those.

I read a lot of the reviews before responding and sharing our experiences. My mother in law moved in July of 2021. She was on hospice. Within a couple of months with the improved care she was taken off Hospice. We would come to visit at different times of day and she was always well cared for. I remember nursing homes from my childhood they smelled terrible. This facility NEVER smells bad. I don’t quite know how they do it. Mom wears depends and she has never had a complaint about supplies or care. I always find the facility to be very clean. My one ding is the food. I have never eaten it but it looks unappealing. Not that I would expect a 5 star restaurant or anything. It’s just not particularly good looking, not that mom has ever complained. The staff are always happy to answer any questions. They call promptly if any problems arise. I have no concerns about the care mom receives. She’s in a wheelchair. She’s never had a bedsore or anything.

My grandmother was transferred here after being in select care. After making lots of progress at her former care facility she spent two days here and became dehydrated. Her blood pressure dropped so low that she had to be rushed to the ER. When I spoke to my grandma she said she was treated horribly by the caregivers. I would not recommend sending anyone that needs substantial care to this facility.
