My mother was there for a little over two weeks. In that time I had to make multiple phone calls and complaints to admin. 20+ minutes to answer the call bell and was told it's dinner time we are busy. Mother was left in soiled briefs for 12+ hours. Requests for pain meds for her injury took a minum of an hour. Doctor's orders regarding wound care were not followed. Not the worst facilty she has been in, but it is up there.
