I recently moved my mom into Morada, and both she and I are very happy with the results. The executive staff is friendly, listens well, addresses all concerns in a timely fashion, and does a great job of explaining everything. The staff that works every day with the residents is caring, attentive, and pro-active. Sometimes they see things that need to be done before we do, and they take care of it. They are also friendly and respectful, not to mention patient. Finally, the activity schedule for residents is very versatile to meet a wide range of interests, and these and other schedules for laundry and cleaning services are made readily available. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this “new home” for my mom!

For Wanda Littlejohn<br>The activities are fun and Ms. Tammie works hard to provide great entertainment. The food is great.

This facility consistently messes up my mother’s medication. The head nurse is a nightmare to try to get information from, and there is little to no transparency regarding how they track medications for their residents. What is the purpose of paying 4 times the rent for someone to have managed medication when that isn’t even managed properly 75% of the time? Sure if there are no changes to anything it’s pretty smooth, but the second there’s a change it takes 50 faxes from the doctor and weeks to actually change.

Horrible place to ever put someone with dementia in. Horrible behavior from staff. Disgusting place. Smells like urine and they retaliate if you speak up. Watch out.
