My father moved in in 2022. The food was great and the staff was very adequate. The food changed when they lost the chef so for two years the food has been terrible. And now they don’t even get choices anymore. They are understaffed and there have been times when his bedding doesn’t get changed for three weeks. The staff is very nice but there aren’t enough of them. They used to have a snack room where they could always pick up fruit, milk, and cookies. It’s rarely there anymore. I’ve searched for someone to call over these facilities but haven’t had any luck. My father eats his own food he buys in his room quite often.

The building and apartments are lovely. The activity director is amazing with tons of energy and caring for the residents. The housekeepers not related to the director are fantastic. The residents are wonderful. Mom has made so many friends. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE. The kitchen is not staffed with culinary professionals. They can't produce what they actually put on the menu. The food is frequently cold, inedible, or something frozen they just heated in the oven. Compared to other facilities I toured, they are subpar in the kitchen. And for dessert, they don't always make it- expect ice cream sandwiches. Many people leave with their plate untouched. If they can fix this to competitor standards, it would be a top notch facility. But, the director just blames it on corporate instead of fixing anything.The prices go up, but food quality does not.

This is not a animal friendly place, new manager snarls Everytime she sees a dog, her sister is the housekeeper on 1st floor and there are so many complaints and the entryway is dirty and needs to be sweep , mopped, and Dusted and don't forget you cant drink out of the water fountain cause it is never cleaned! But instead of taking care of the problem she will now go to 3rd floor and be the housekeeper, and my friends are livid, they said she is always busy at the front desk waiting on Dawna to get to work so it is close to 10 am before she even goes down the hallways or she is in the office sitting with the new assistant, we wish Bobby was still here! this use to be a great place to live, but now we see more firemen in a week than we did 4 years ago, plus you can't complain about anything for the director won't do anything but turn the cheek! Thank goodness I moved out, I never even got housekeeping even though it was included in my rent and I was on 3rd floor

This facility is on a fast track to the slums. Every opportunity to cut corners and save money is made regardless of resident care and complaints. There is “security” that works minimal hours just to keep the funding for Veterans that stay there. The food is poor quality. The staff doesn’t get along or have respect for the residents. The amount of other residents leaving greatly outweighs those that choose to stay. Rent increases are rampant. Cleanliness is ignored. I’ve heard some of our housekeepers talking about skipping rooms and laughing it off. If you care about your family I do not recommend this as a place to live.
