I used Bright Home Health for close to 8 months to care for husband. They always made sure they provided a caregiver who was compatible with my husband, and could address his needs. If the caregiver was unavailable for some reason, a substitute was always sent. Even Cathy Bright came herself on a couple of occasions. Each caregiver was well trained, and even passed on a few pointers to me. When my husband needed wound care, a great team of health providers was sent his way to provide excellent medical care. I have learned through this process that caregiving is a special calling. It is Bright Home Health’s mission to always train and send the best.

Bright Home Health hired a health aide named Valerie. She has worked in my home the last 3 weeks. She is transforming my house into a home. I love her organization skills. I am thrilled with the care and help that I receive from Bright Home Health and Valerie. If you’re looking for a Home Health company I highly recommend Bright Home Health, but I still get to work with Valerie.

Cathy Bright is a joy to know and she always goes the extra mile to accommodate my requests and meet my needs in caring for my elderly mom. If there is ever an issue with a new caregiver, she handles it quickly and professionally. Mom’s current caregivers are so compassionate and caring. There needs to be more people in the world like Cathy and her team.
