Monument cared for my dad while he was in rehab and gave him excellent care! All of the staff was caring, meeting all of his needs. They kept me informed of his progress and made us both feel confident in his care. They became like family and it was hard to say goodbye once my dad was released.

I am a travel nurse and this place was my first travel assignment. I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I walked in, but everyone was amazing. The staff treated me like family and the residents were amazing. It was one of my favorite assignments. This place will always have a piece of my heart!
