Center staff were friendly. Care facility seemed average in cleanliness, space, and amenities.

Travelers be ware!!! If you're looking to get familiar with the facility and residents THEY DONT TRAIN!! Workload is hectic also especially if not used to 17 residents. They dont tell you much or necessarily give you a report on residents. I couldn't even stay a whole day. Stephanie was very nonchalant and not even concerned! "Told me thats what the paper is for" which keep in mind resident have keypad locks on their room door and nobody told me the code. How can you care for someone when you cant enter the room? You got to hunt someone down just to ask. Thats very crazy but I'm guessing that should've been on the paper too since everything about the resident is on the paper.

We bought our camper without even going to the place of business. Found what we wanted online. Sales people were very accommodating. Answered all our questions. Did a walk through via zoom. Shaun & Jim were very friendly & helpful.

They have taken great care of my Mom for 9 years in assisted living and 3 years in nursing care. My family greatly appreciated all of their help and support that they gave us as my Mom passed away.

They are horrible!! They treated my grandma like trash. They shouldn’t get the 1 star that I am going to give them.If it were up to me I would give them a minus 5.
