Heritage Estates has made the transition for my Mom a much easier decision. It was not easy letting go of control but knowing she is cared for 24/7 makes my day less stressful. God Bless all who work at Heritage Estates. You are truly God's Angels.

Heritage Estates is the right choice for family. Whatever the need, rehabilitation or short and long term skilled nursing, Heritage exceeds expectation in care. From management and social services, occupational and physical therapists, nurses and CNA's, maintenance and groundskeeping, billing, and the beautiful ladies who greet you at the front door, each person you interact with is there to help you with what you and your loved one needs. Heritage relieves the worry, stress, and burdens that can accompany aging adults. Whether you choose to stay or help your loved one move in, the care and safety of Heritage really improves quality of life for everyone in the family. Heritage has been a part of the Western Nebraska community for many years because they actually care. The environment of trust, compassion, and family is more than words in a brochure. They truly go above and beyond to provide a safe and loving home for each person. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and many snacks in between are served. Daily activities are plentiful, laundry is picked up and delivered daily, showers and baths are given regularly, and housekeeping keeps everything neat and tidy. The groundskeepers keep the yard, plentiful flowers, and community garden immaculate. Maintenance is attentive, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. If you or your loved one does not need the skilled nursing aspect of Heritage, talk to Ashley. She can help you with an Independent living cottage that offers the safety and conveniences received in the nursing home. No stairs, no yardwork or snow removal, a clubhouse with activities, a community of close neighbors who look out for each other, and a housekeeper.

We've found that Heritage is lovely home for our loved one. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are quick to call if they notice any issues and we work well as a team.

Was trying to get my wife in for rehab and transitioning to end of life. We were up front about her condition and led to believe that they would be able to take her. 2 days later they declined her. The reason they gave was that she had poor probability of being able to rehab to be able to go home. They advertise end of life care and rehab. Total lie.

Our family member is in the dementia unit at the Heritage Estates in Gering. The staff is so kind, patient and caring. She enjoys the company of others, whatever activities she chooses to take part in and they make certain she gets help with eating when she needs it. I would highly recommend it for anyone's loved ones.
