I would give this dump no stars if I could. This review is specifically about Riddle Village's rehab unit. I regret ever allowing my dad to step foot in this facility. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. My dad was sent here for vascular and wound care on his foot. Due to the absolute negligence/lack of staff/etc. of this dumpster fire of a facility he developed sepsis and went into full blown kidney failure. They almost killed him. This facility is repulsive/dirty. They don't change the patients linens. They don't clean the rooms. They neglect patients (on any floor you can find patients in their wheelchairs just plopped in front of the television, they are not engaged in any meaningful way). They don't respect the privacy of patients. The staff are not properly trained. They are not sufficiently staffed when it comes to medical personnel. It should be shut down.

Very deceptive facility. After accepting my Uncle for rehab, only THEN did they tell us they had an active COVID case and were in FULL LOCKDOWN. And no one could visit him! They definitely should have told us all of this before we agreed to his transfer and admission. We’re trying to get him transferred out of there ASAP. * I disagree with your response. I’m sorry to say that we were never offered a compassionate care visit during the 4 days he remained at your facility.
