Have my father in law there now, on the good side and probably most importantly is the facility is clean, nursing staff are wonderful and I believe my FIL is being well taken care of. On the bad side is the administration, they never return calls, we have to call several times, and hopefully we’ll finally get someone, twice in a couple months I’ve had to go and pick him up(which he’s wheelchair), I’m 66, can’t lift him etc, take him to dialysis as the scheduling people can’t seem to do their job. The van lift can’t seem to stay working lately. So all in all, I guess because his care is more important, and again the nursing staff if excellent, we’ll have to tolerate the fact the administration part needs some work on their end.

I cant say enough good things about this place. They were so kind to my Grandfather during his stay and he progressed so well he was able to come home even before expected. He will return if the time comes again.
