Place is horrible. Staff doesnt answer calls from patients. Smells like urine everywhere. Saw pee and diapers on floor and towels. Patients screaming for help. Was rather sad. If you family here please make sure you visit everyday else they will be neglected especially if they cannot self advocate. Do not stay here if you have a choice.

Disgusting facility. I was sent there for reconditioning after an ICU stay. The PT was excellent and there was a kind and compassionate night nurse. The day LPN was like someone from a horror movie. She was not just unkind but was sadistic as well. I would put my call light on and no one ever came during the day shift so I had to use a wheelchair and go out to the nurses station to ask for help. There was loud gossiping in the hallways by the staff. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I was placed in a room with a long term care resident who had to have the Game Show Network on all night long. When I asked the CNA if they could turn the sound down I was told “this is her home, not yours”. Then I was told that I would be provided with a TV but when I asked about it I was told that if I wanted a TV I would have to bring in my oen. I got out of there as fast as I could. I’m a RN and have worked in nursing homes before and this one was absolutely the worst. Don’t recommend anyone placing a loved one there.

I spent 2 weeks there after a fractured hip. My nurse practitioner Dawn was very attentive and caring. She made sure all of my medical needs were met. The therapy department was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about them. Without their help I wouldn’t have been able to return home.

The people are really nice here. Activities are fun and gives us something to do. I can people watch. The activities keep me busy.
