I would like to say Ranbir is excellent nurse with great bedside manners extremely knowledgeable & very helpful, act on immediately in regards to health concerns .Sukhy med tech is very polite and friendly, go above and beyond . Girma med tech is awesome , very friendly , he's on top of things. Love the environment here , this is my home 🏡. Thank you Del Monte team 💙

After going without dinner while attempting to dine with friends, I give up. Countless times I have had to dine alone because my peers at the table were finished having been served 20 minutes prior. They leave and move on while I wait for food. So I leave requesting my meal for my room; it never came and I went an additional day without requested meals (2 days a diabetic without food). Don't expect a family atmosphere for your loved one here. And don't get me started about the medication mismanagement!!! It is not a skilled nursing facility, but a person would hope for some professionalism. After living at Del Monte for over 3 months now, sadly, I cannot recommend this place, and I'm tired of hoping any longer.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided by the entire team at Del Monte Assisted Living. The compassion and care shown to my father, as well as the support given to me and my family, made a difficult situation much easier to manage. The team was always available to work through challenging situations and kept me well-informed. Their accessibility via phone and text was incredibly helpful. Thank you again for everything.

Del Monte Care Home truly goes above and beyond for their residents. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and treats everyone like family. The environment is always clean, warm, and welcoming.
