My first time visiting there. It was so clean and well organized. There’s a lovely BAKERY self serve coffee. And it’s free. The residence that I talk to seem to be very happy. And they all said the food was great. It’s one of the best rehabs I’ve ever been in. And I’ve been in a lot.

Visited several rehab centers over the years and Momentum was by far the best. The care given to the patients was fantastic. The facility was clean, the patient was well cared for and I was advised by my friend, the patient, the food was very good. Nice facility although the parking was tough but always one or two spots available. Highly recommended!

Momentum is the place to be. The rehabilitation is awesome to get you back into your routine of life. The staff is also caring and they answer your questions and/or any concerns you may have for your loved ones or yourself. Its location is easy to get to and convenient for some food shopping next door, let’s not leave out great restaurants too. I have had my mom and other friends stay in Momentum, non of us have had any complains. The food is not that bad. Wish they would cook the ingredients better. Something’s are a bit hard for those elderly people that don’t have teeth. I would still recommend Momentum to other.

Warm caring nurses and cna's. Residents seem happy and everyone smiles and says hello. Friendly staff and great Physical therapists. Lot's of entertaining activities in the facility. Keeps everyone busy. Food is great too.

Momentum Rehabilitation in East Islip was the perfect place for my step-dad. They made him do his daily PT to gain his strength which is what he was there for. They have a beautiful gym. The staff is so welcoming! They hold community events where everyone is welcome. They will give you a tour upon request. They were also very helpful with insurance and helped my mom so much. And the free bakery is a big plus!
