I have a friend at this facility. Everytime upon entering the facility there is a strong smell of urine and bowel movement that continues to follow you as you walk down the hall. I have witnessed my friend hit the call light and 20 minutes later someone finally comes to help, but usually not without complaining. The staff aren't particularly friendly. I have heard the staff complain to the residents about other staff. I have witnessed the food being served and more times than not, I have had to get my friend take out. Individuals have to go to a nursing home because they need specialized care. They do not enter these facilities to be shoved in a corner all day and be forgotten about. I do not recommend sending your loved one here.

This facility did an amazing job helping my Grandmother recoup after a hospital stay. She was short term for rehabilitation. The staff treated her really well and was friendly. Dietary was able to accommodate food sensitivites.

My brother has been at Sidney Care for more years than I can remember. He has had excellent care and seems happy there. My Husband was in there for 4 years before passing away and he was well taken care of. Both him and my brother were full care as they could do nothing on their own. I to spent 4 weeks one time and 2 weeks the next recovering from shoulder surgery. I was well taken care of. This facility has great nurses and aides. They are caring and compassionate for their residents. I would recommend the home to anyone looking for a care center for their loved ones knowing it's a loving and safe place to stay.

Smells like urine all the time. They never checked on my mom much, just left her. She had a cardiac arrest and her roomate had to tell them. My mom passed away here in January. Now she can be at peace. This place is a horrible nursing home and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Worst nursing home ever. Walked in to see my aunt the urine smell was horrible in the whole facility. Found out since she was in there care she missed 6 doctors appointments. Truly can't believe they can run a place that way. Matter of fact they are 78 mins less then average for state.
