Kim, the Director at Momentous in Franklin, is truly exceptional. She is professional, caring, and dedicated to providing the best experience possible. Her leadership and attention to detail really stand out, and she always makes everyone feel welcomed and valued. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her team and her clients. Every experience has been positive, and I highly recommend Kim and the entire staff at Momentous in Franklin!

DO NOT CHOOSE Momentous Health at Franklin, (421 Mission Lane, Franklin, OH 45005) for rehab or respite care, - especially for an elderly parent. This Privately Owned Facility owes my Mother's Estate $1,550 for an over-payment, which has gone unpaid for nearly four months. I initially met with the business office manager, Angela Ector, and explained that my Mother only needed one week of care after being discharged from the hospital, while waiting for placement in a memory care facility. I was told that I needed to prepay 30 days upfront. After refusing, she quickly agreed to 14 days prepaid. Thankfully, I did not agree to the full amount, as the cost was $310 per day. After my mother was discharged, I was told refunds would be processed within 45-60 days. At the 45 day mark, I began receiving repeated assurances that a refund check was "being processed". After sending a Certified Demand Letter, I was finally told they do owe the $1,550 and that "corporate" is handling it. Since then, I have received no payment and no meaningful communication. A complaint has been filed with the State of Ohio Ombudsman, and I am currently pursuing further action. If you are considering this facility, I strongly urge you to: Research their reviews, Check Senior Care complaint records, and look into any state-imposed fines. Be cautious with upfront payments and protect your loved one's finances.

My brother was here because they were so called “wound specialists”. His wound vac was either not on his foot or broken. He came here for physical therapy and wound care. Instead he ended up with septic shock and passed away. This should have never happened! Our family checked on him daily and in the end we called 911 to get him out of there. We are not Nurses or Doctors but yet his 19 granddaughter was smart enough to see something was wrong when he couldn’t form a sentence. Instead they let him lay there. I was told at 10 that morning a Dr would come and check him since I thought he was dehydrated and they were going to give him fluids. Never happened. The place is severely outdated. He had a flood in his shared bathroom, the heat quit working, his bed broke, the food was awful. How is this place approved the by State of Ohio?! In the meantime we lost our family member and we’re heartbroken and they have the nerve to call about their broken wound vac. Unbelievable.

They never once cleaned my family members wound and he ended up in septic shock and wasn’t able to recover. This is a great place to take someone if you don’t care about them.

If care about your family members do not take them here. He was supposed to just be receiving antibiotics annd physical therapy. He ended up being hospitalized and now we’re unsure if he can make it. Avoid this place at ALL cost it’s not worth it no matter what anyone says. The staff is unprofessional and negligent.
