The one star is for the scheduler and the two no call no shows from the home health aids and not getting a call letting us know when someone would would be there. Also the aid sent to our home didnt bring her lunch so she helped herself to our food without asking.The director never returned my phone call. Alex in the office was great and the intake nurse was great.

I have been a client of bright star care (centerville ohio) for several years. During this long period of time I have had a very pleasent experience. My care person (Renee) is compasionate and puts my well being first. I could not be more pleased with the whole staff at centerville BrightStar care.

We have been with Bright Star for about two years now. When we first started our son was so little and fragile and we ended up getting the best nurses! We had Mrs. Annie and Ms. Rhonda and they are amazing! They are always on time very friendly and they are like family. They treat our son as their own and I highly recommend them!
