My husband stayed at the Mission Valley Post Acute after hospital discharge. The facility is clean. The staff and CNAs are always smiling. And the nurses are responsive. Before deciding which post-acute facility my husband should go to, I visited five facilities and I am happy I made the right choice for him.

This review is long overdue. My Grandfather was there for around 8 weeks getting the best therapy a facility could provide. I cannot remember all their names but they are so loving and funny. I appreciate the cnas because they all worked hard. There were a couple night cnas that weren’t the most attentive but we got through it. They got my Grandpa up everyday and kept him clean. The receptionist Rafina was always pleasant to be greeted by. We got to attend some of the live music there and it was fun. The food was good, and I appreciate everything Ana did for my pa. The nursing care was up and down. We had a lot of questions that didn’t get answered and his medications were often late but we appreciate effort. All in all this was a good first experience.

This is the BEST nursing care facility in all of the Bay Area, if not all of California, with no comparison. Every employee from the bottom up leads with their heart, treating each patient with kindness, prompt response, compassion and respect. If you have ever had to find a nursing home for a loved one, you know how emotionally difficult it is, trying to ensure they will get the best care. When you enter Mission Valley Post Acute Care, you can feel the positive energy. You KNOW this is the perfect place for your loved one. The facility is extremely clean, patients have smiles on their faces. It is magical in every way. I witnessed the miracle healing of my brother and I attribute it to the excellence of the staff. I would like to recognize the following, but this list is not all inclusive as every staff member is amazing: Kimberly Eric Rahim Bambi Tammy Ashley Mandeep Manpreet Iliana Sia Christine Jessica John Dereje Chris Menuka Tiffany The doctors The nurses Physical therapy Occupational therapy Wound care Memory care Activity and entertainment The CNA’s The janitorial staff The maintenance staff And all the ones not listed by name, I acknowledge you as you all have been instrumental in phenomenal care! Thank you from my heart with much gratitude and appreciation!

I am incredibly grateful for the care my aunt received at this facility. The Director of Nursing Bambi is truly professional, compassionate, and always attentive to the needs of residents and their families. It’s clear that strong leadership sets the tone for the entire team. The nurses and the CNA’s were very kind, patient, and very caring. They go above and beyond to make sure my aunt was comfortable, safe, and treated with respect. The facility itself is wonderful, clean, welcoming, and well-organized. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones need rehabilitation and nursing services. They give exceptional service. They are the best!

My mother had a serious knee replacement surgery and they transferred her over here for her rehabilitation. I was skeptical at first due to me being a mommas boy and always tending to her very needs and wants. I felt as if the care would be lack luster but once I got to meet the staff I can say whole heartedly that I have nothing but good to mention and to remember from that chapter in my mothers journey of knee replacement surgery. Erick and Kimberly as well as Iliana at the front desk and many more to name but can’t list off the top of my head did a spectacular job of their job and over exceeded in catering to moms needs. They even helped accommodate her with her dietary needs and worked closely with the rest of the staff to ensure that my moms stay was nothing but top tier. My mom still raves about her time at this wonderful facility. I will forever keep this place in my prayers. Eric helped so much with communication and timely responses as well as keeping me in the loop with my mother’s appointments and so on and so forth. Kimberly always checked in on my mother and provided more support than we could have asked for. Iliana always made sure to provide the extra things that my mother needed such as pillows and blankets and etc. overall I am Very satisfied and if I could put 10 stars I would. My mother still boasts about how she was treated like a royal queen at Mission Valley Post Acute. If anyone from Mission Valley Post Acute is reading this message please please please reward Eric, Kimberly and Iliana with a raise at the very least for all the hard work they have to endure on a day to day basis. Thank you
