The staff is excellent very compassionate, facility is clean, and single rooms giving residents comfort and privacy while their needs are being met. However, what really stands out is their therapy department! Their therapist are extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond because they truly care about their residents.

I love the staff at Intersect of Forest Hills! They are very kind and attentive, giving a sense of family and community for the residents. I find the facility to be very clean and orderly. I very much enjoy the therapy team who work hard to improve the residents quality of life.

Tyler and the entire team have been a lifesaver literally. They take great care of my pops and have kept his health very steady since he had been here. The nurses and environmental staff are great, friendly and extremely professional. I would highly recommend this facility.

My dad was here for rehab after a stroke. The CNAs were very caring. The nurses were approachable and kind. The therapy department was AMAZING!!!!! Brand new equipment and the best of everything does not make the care exceptional, it’s the staff❤️
