DANGEROUS NEGLIGENCE POST-BRAIN SURGERY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Rating: 1/5 Stars If you are looking for post-operative recovery care, STAY AWAY. This agency has been an absolute disgrace during one of the most critical times in our lives. My loved one is recovering from brain tumor surgery, a situation where every single day of therapy is vital for neurological progress. This agency has effectively wasted two weeks of our recovery window with their "asinine" lack of communication and total incompetence. No-Shows & No Calls: We were promised PT, OT, and Speech on a Tues/Wed/Thurs schedule. OT never showed. PT missed their first Wednesday without a word. Constant Lies & Excuses: Every time we call, the story changes. First, they confirm the days; then, they claim "therapists make their own schedules"; then, it’s a "5-day window"; then, they claim they need "new doctor's orders" for a second visit—despite them being the ones who physically wrote down a recurring Tuesday schedule in our home! Abysmal Conduct: The woman we spoke to on the phone was condescending and incredibly rude. To treat a family dealing with the aftermath of brain surgery with such disrespect is disgusting. This isn't just a scheduling "mix-up"—it is a total failure of care. We have seen more progress working with the patient ourselves than these people would ever achieve, simply because we actually bother to show up. Dealing with this company is a massive setback to a patient’s health and a complete waste of time. They should be ashamed of their "service."
