Amy is always kind, sweet and a bright light. I love that my mom can use the roof garden. I do with the ED listen to the residents more.

Disappointed that a residential community for a niche demographic that doesn't appreciate the mill college town vibe is forcing long time establishments to close and putting young people out of work, as well as alienating a music community. If you decide to build a residential community next to an outdoor music venue, it's your responsibility to inform your residents of the possibility of the noise possibility. The most upsetting piece of all of this, is that is a retirement community! Why would you set up next to a music venue?! This demographic is not the demographic the area was built, and they ruining the college experience for all the actual young students that the area was made for. Shameful.

Terribly located facility given what it is, and it helped facilitate the deterioration of a vibrant young community that enjoyed music and gatherings in a classic and meaningful location. It's a shame that Tempe would rather continue to implement disruptive high-rise buildings and shameless corporate interests downtown than to protect and maintain its local businesses and community.

Thoughtfully designed place for seniors. Spacious one bedroom apartment with full kitchen but can also dine with others in the community dining room. Caring attendants for those with health needs. Lovely artwork all around. Valet parking.

As a lifelong Tempe resident, ASU undergrad alum and 35 yr. educator from K-12 through graduate level, there's no place I'd rather be than in the heart of Tempe! I've been coming here since I was in junior high. When Mirabella became an option, it was a no-brainer! Since moving here, I couldn't be happier. The facilities are second to none, exceptional dining options in three restaurants, professional and attentive staff, ongoing connection to ASU and the community and diverse, warm and interesting neighbors. Plus, the interactions and opportunities with students and community is refreshing . Additionally, I love taking our dogs for walks on campus, sitting on the balcony enjoying the weather, sounds and view, and not having to deal with a yard, upkeep of a house, HOA fees, etc. I love it here and encourage others to consider Mirabella.
