Earlier this year my husband moved into Millennium Memory Care at Freehold. Rayna White, the manager, and her staff helped to make it a smooth transition. Rayna is always available and willing to answer all my questions with understanding and compassion. It is a warm and supportive environment. My family and I are so grateful we found Millennium Memory Care at Freehold.

Moved my Dad into Millenium Memory Care in Freehold at the beginning of this year. The staff is very kind and they take excellent care of my Dad. The manager, Rayna, and nurse, Helen, have been a pleasure to work with and truly understand how important it is to our family that my Dad is being taken care of like his family would take care of him. 😀

Earlier this year I placed my father in a large national brand facility with a memory care unit on site. Although the physical facility itself looked nice, the staff was rather awful, and unable to deal with him once occasional agitation began to occur as his health declined. Instead of kindly treating him, this "other" facility sent him to a hospital for "evaluation," which caused him significant stress, and actually harmed his health. I've since read that this is a common occurrence at some facilities. I feel so fortunate to have found Millennium in Freehold, and can't say enough great things about Rayna and her staff! They were extremely kind to my father, attentive to his needs, able to handle a variety of challenging issues, responsive every time I called, and flexible with my requests. My father has always been difficult:), but he really did enjoy the staff, the food, and especially the unlimited ice cream. Bottom line, they made the best of a bad health situation, and I will not hesitate to engage them again for family members if needed. I can't recommend or thank them enough!

Moving our mother into Millennium Memory Care in Freehold 5 months ago was a smooth process thanks to Rayna White and her staff. They have provided a safe, intimate and welcoming environment for our mom. The smaller home like setting has allowed the staff and residents to feel like family, whilst providing a calm, safe environment for those displaying the typical characteristics of Alzheimer's / dementia . They are able to compassionately and effectively handle all of the challenges that accompany the disease. Our mom is well looked after and particularly enjoys coming together with the other residents to enjoy the home cooked meals. The home is always clean and the residents neat. Thank you to Rayna and her team for keeping our mom safe.
