Please if you really care about your family member getting treatment, rehab, or recovering, please please send them else elsewhere. They do not care about their patients. They keep on giving false hope, empty word, and do nothing about it. Do not make the same mistake that our family made. After having stroke and, my dad lost his chance of recovering while staying there.

This place deserves a negative 100. Lazy and rude staff. We've been witness to them ignoring patients screaming in pain while they hung around gossiping. I've also heard rumors that they were already reported to the department of health for elder abuse. If anyone knows anything more about this, please let me know. Family members - please get your family out of this facility!! Prayers to everyone's safety and health!

If I could give a 0 I would. Their is racial segregation within this facility. All Asian and Korean patients. The food is Asian food. Esther the DON is inadequate for her position and does not display team work. Their is homeless tents outside of the facility. No parking for their employees. The state and the county needs to investigate this facility.

If I could give them NEGATIVE stars, I would. Those that gave this place five stars are those who work here. If you care about your loved ones, please do not dump them in this garbage place. My mother has been living here for four years, but now I am looking for a better nursing home that does not abuse nor discriminate their patients and their visitors. The supervisor here oozes favoritism and is two-faced. At first, she acts kind in front of the visitors, yet behind their back, she goes to the patients and discriminates them based on which patients she favors. Also, Mrs. Kang, a woman that works part-time at the recreation room (where the patients play bingo, listen to the sermon, etc.), is extremely rude and discriminates patients as well. She also shows favoritism to certain patients. Even worse, the social worker named Irene has a terrible attitude towards both the elderly and visitors, and she will never listen to your concerns.
