I am going to share a cliffs notes version of the review a I started, I lost it, my own fault. People to ask for/connect with: Nursing Supervisor Anna, you can go to her with ANYTHING and my girl gets it done. She is compassionate yet a strong manager, and I love her! Beatrice, med nurse and counselor at large, talking and listening about anything and doing everything she can Domingi: #1 nurse ar large he always comes when I call. He is my favorite. Dawn and Eva, activities. Always finding ways for us to pass the time, they make me feel seen, even though they are usually overloaded. Manny: wound care nurse, always makes me a priority when zI need to be one always checking in on me and expertly lending to my wounds Many CNAs who handle day to day care, too many to describe in detail but worth the mention are Maya, Mohammed, Edgar, Lucy, Marlen, Aron and Jessie. They are all overworked, overloaded and overscheduled, but you'd never know from them. I am sorry I needed a SNF (ZWhich includes amazing dietary and therapy departments as well) but if I had to be somewhere, I am so glad it's here!

I am happy with all the staff here in alta view, everyone treats me nice. I am able to walk thanks to the therapy dept. I really recommend this nursing home.

I called to find out about the condition of my family member since I was really worried of their treatment and how they would end up. Instead, the receptionist was very reassuring and gave me a lot of hope that they’re being treated well and taken care of 🙂 I then went to visit and she was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone, the staff are very kind and the place is very clean.
