Like any facility it's only as good as the people who are on duty. I had to hire private additional care and visit several times a week to get close to the kind of care I wanted. I reported the facility for nursing turning off the alarm of a patient who had bed sores. I was told they " didn't like him" and he " was annoying". It's definitely a squeaky wheel kind of place.

Outstanding patient care clean environment lots of activities for the residents, wide selection of food and activities. Boisterous aging community with caring staff. Adequately staffed and some really wonderful spots on site for the residents to enjoy including a library and a theater. The interior is super clean and well-designed and they have gorgeous outdoor views. All the folks that work there from the reception staff, the staff providing direct patient care, the food service workers and the maintenance staff are all wonderful. Thanks Merrimack county for raising the bar!!!

I was lucky to find this place for my dad and luckier still they had an availability. The facility and setting are lovely, the interior atrium is so pretty but most importantly the level of care was amazing. My dad received incredible care, really on par with a hospital. The facility was clean, bright and cheery. Ample staff, attentive care and an energetic and friendly staff. I received numerous calls updating me. I highly recommend.

Love the first floor common area. It's a wonderful social spot within the building. I attended a musical event there this week. The residents really enjoyed it. The café has good food to sit and enjoy with your family member. Their food is free to them and very inexpensive for the family. The salon is also in this area as well as a gift shop for the residents to do a little shopping. The place is bright and cheery as well as very clean. There is a courtyard and a sitting area on the forest floor that is also a good place for residents and family to visit. My mother has been here one month and so far I am impressed with her care by all staff.
