I have nothing but respect & love for all the staff members, from HR to all the C.N nurses, they helped me through all my recovery process lily & lizzy the GOAT, Sheryl & Michele (rehab personnel) Yadhira,sahib,Mohammed, meema, (c.n nurse) they have so much passion and dedication, I felt like I was home, thank you for all your hard work & kindness. (Don’t let the building scare you) lol

This place is the best. The staff is so kind and compassionate. They truly care for their patients. It is clean and they serve great meals. I am so thankful we found this place. It has been a true blessing for my family. I would encourage you if you need their type of services to use them. They are amazing. Thank you all for what you do.

The kitchen staff here is excellent and always friendly and helpful. The chief cook is always willing to help patients with requests of revisions to the menu. Great staff!

My mom just got there late last night (1/22/26) Today, she was in a comatose sleep all day until about 7PM. It was so bad, I thought they sedated her. Come to find out, the morning nurse gave her blood pressure pills when her blood pressure wasn't high. The pills lowered her blood pressure so much, she literally slept all day. She also has kidney failure and goes to dialysis. On January 1, 2026, she had cardiac arrest and it took 19 minutes of CPR for doctors to bring her back. They said her potassium level was through the roof, stopping her heart. This place is aware she is a kidney patient. I went to check on her tonight and they had given her a banana. A renal patient cannot eat bananas. They have too much potassium. The staff said they were unaware! I told them that I could email them a list of foods she can and cannot have since they are unaware of a renal diet. Everyone acted like nobody had a work email that I could email it to. I left, printed copies myself and taped them all over the walls in her room. I hope to God tomorrow isn't the same disaster today was. I made a complaint to the compliance and ethics hotline. Day one and they messed up bad twice. Now, 1/24/26, I went to see my mom this morning. She told me she was very hungry. She said she didn't get breakfast. I asked the staff and they said by the time she got back from dialysis, breakfast had already been served. My mom, hungry, had to wait for lunch to eat. Then, her being on a renal diet, all the food they gave her was high in potassium. I told them to send it back and bring her food she can eat. The director called me. I let her know everything. Hopefully, she gets things sorted out.

If there were Zero stars I would give it! CNAs wear gloves into the room and wear them out of the room touching all of the doors and handles with same dirty gloves Rolling cabinets are filthy, dusty Floors dirty smell like urine RN states it always smells like this. RN Resly, refused to help with bed pan was waiting for CNA. She rolled her eyes when we insisted she help otherwise she would have a bigger mess to clean. We walked into the facility and were greeted by 3 residents rolling in their wheelchairs. No staff were available to assist. No hand sanitizers at the doors of the room. There is dried blood dripping on the walls and drug cabinet. This place should be shut down
