This place used to be sooo much better. Now it's like people don't care about patients. Definitely not the compassionate care I remember getting back in 2017/2018. The psychiatrists they have now are horrible and do not listen to a word you say. Groups are so useless and repetitive and it's the same people hogging the group every single week. You have to complain multiple times for people running the groups to do anything about it. I felt like I was wasting my time going to this place. I did not feel heard by anyone in this place. I found the environment so toxic and negative. Only reason I stayed in this place so long is the mental health system is so backed up everywhere and its nearly impossible to find outpatient care due to long waiting lists and many places not accepting new patients. Do not recommend.

Horrible Place to place your Loved Ones. They put my Brother out Friday at 2:00 am because he smoked a black in mild in the facility. Mind you my Brother has a disability that’s why he is there. He doesn’t properly understand things. My problem is not about him being put out my problem is how it was handled. Nobody was notified that he was put out at 2am not his case manager not his family they just put him out with his medication in belonging at 2am. In when I went to talk to someone about the situation they didn’t seem to concerned. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
