My wife got there last week. It took all an adjustment for everything Pills, physical therapy etc. after a few days everything seems to work out. Wonderful room. Wonderful Physical therapist and staff is on top of things. I retract my earlier review.

The nurses and staff have been amazing. We understand that the staff may be busy with other patients and sometimes it is like a traffic jam, but it is no different than any other facility or hospital that we have been to. The physical therapy facility is wonderful and helping my father in great strides to build strength and return home. Julie and her staff are also amazing. We appreciate you all.

We wanted to express our exceptional experience with the Menorah House and all the staff that helped mom each day live the best life possible. The staff were incredibly compassionate, attentive and always made sure mom was safe and comfortable. Even when we could not be there, the nurses and aides treated mom like family. Activities kept mom active and engaged making sure mom got exercise and socialized as well as entertained. We are forever grateful to the entire team for their compassion and professionalism. Thank you so much! :)

Miss Carla, Maggie and team at Menorah are absolutely the BEST. All questions and concerns are always handled promptly. Their attention and ability to get things done go above and beyond on all requests made. Shout out to the entire team and efforts made to accommodate Room 229 B FD. We appreciate all your help and all that you do. Your efforts do NOT go unrecognized. Thank you. Also shout out to the entire PT trainers; You guys rock.

I am beyond disgusted and enraged by the blatant negligence and failure of care my elderly grandmother received at this facility. She was rushed to the emergency room because she was no longer coherent, a medical emergency that should immediately alarm any competent healthcare professional. She was only brought in because our family took action—clearly something your staff failed to do. Despite presenting with a 102 fever and altered mental status, we were shockingly told by a physician to “wait 24 hours and see if she improves.” That is not a judgment call, it is a reckless and dangerous disregard for basic medical standards. These symptoms in an elderly patient scream possible infection, sepsis, or life threatening complications, yet they were brushed off as if her life was disposable. Why was my grandmother ignored? Why was she denied timely and appropriate care? Who made the decision that her condition wasn’t worth immediate attention? This is not a mistake—this is neglect. I will be formally reporting this incident to the State of Florida and pursuing legal action to ensure a full investigation is conducted. The way your staff handled this situation is unacceptable, unsafe, and deeply disturbing. Our elderly deserve urgency, competence, and respect—not indifference, excuses, and profit-driven shortcuts. If this is the standard of care being provided, then this facility has failed at its most basic responsibility: protecting human life. Oh wait. It gets better! Went to grab her belongings today, after days of not being able to reach them. They haven’t returned any of my calls, checked on the status of my grandmother, but had no issue throwing all her belongings in garbage bags left at the wrong door. Comical.
