The facility is nestled along the Little Androscoggin River in the Oxford Hills Region and operates as part of Market Square Healthcare Facility, a continuing care community that has served the area for decades. The Memory Care unit is a new, state-of-the-art addition to the campus, offering specialized programming and individualized care delivered by a compassionate and experienced staff.

Residents live in semi-private rooms with fully separate sleeping areas and personal kitchens for snacks. The community features a beautiful dining area designed to foster structure and socialization through shared meals, and a totally secure courtyard that allows residents to experience the outdoors safely.
