My husband had been sick for eight days with a high fever and severe headache. We went to Memorial, where he received exceptional care. Dr. Leffler was thorough and determined, running every test possible until we finally had some answers. Four days later, he developed new symptoms and had to return. He was treated and released, but the following day his condition worsened significantly, so we returned once again. Dr. Tweddle and our nurse, Kacie Ramirez, immediately took action to find further answers while continuing to provide outstanding care and support. Eventually, he was admitted to 3 South, where the level of care remained exceptional. Emma was our nurse for several days, and she was always willing to listen to our concerns, answer questions, and help us find solutions. Her compassion and dedication made a difficult time much easier. We are so grateful to everyone involved in his care. Thank you all for your professionalism, kindness, and commitment to helping him recover. We truly appreciate everything you did for our family.

My brother is on the autism spectrum. My dad and I brought him to the er with a severely infected foot. He is scared of doctors. Allisya in the er was awesome with him. She was the nurse. When he was admitted, the staff on the floor was so great with him. Corbin the daytime nurse and Bryant the night time nurse, all of the support staff, even Josh from the lab. Thank you all for being so understanding and amazing with My brother.

Hats off to the hospitality in the hospital no pun intended! I am a domestic violence survivor and this hospitals staff was beyond a blessing through all of my hard times and still in my future the staff the experience the cleanliness the food the comfort the DOCTORS AND NURSES AND STAFF ALL TRULY CARE! 💕 Thank You Memorial Healthcare for choosing to care for your patients and their families and your jobs! Prior to this hospital I couldn’t even go in them since my mother passed away let alone eat in them… coming back in my circumstances to a place that should feel triggering to some people and their experiences and saying “I like this hospital “ is a long way for somebody to get fighting PTSD and it took two trips here and about 25-30 really great staff members to make my hospital dreams come true but seriously this hospital & reliable beyond most! Great place to deal with all a hospital could provide.

Random shout out as I process my birth experience. I was nervous about giving birth at Memorial because it’s a small hospital and I wondered how prepared they were, etc. It wasn’t an easy go of it but I am learning everyone’s birth experience is unique so to think yours will be the same as someone else’s is not recommended. I ended up with a OB doctor who wasn’t my own to deliver Micah and he was the most attentive of the 3 on staff there, which felt like a gift from God. Dr. London is the best choice if you need an OB doctor. He explained everything so well, and was very thorough. I quickly felt thankful he was the on call doctor. I felt safe. The nurses were 5 star on the OB floor. My husband and I felt like we were in a hotel nearly all of the time. As a newer Owosso resident, just felt led to share, they have some amazing people working in their OB dept. thanks to the Lord🩷

Dr Rose Marie Walch, is my MS Nuerologist. I had an excellent experience with my neurologist. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Walch , & Regan took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my condition in a clear and reassuring way, and create a treatment plan that truly is taylored to my needs. Fromt dest to blood draw techs are very attentive. She is compassiate, & her professionalism, and deep expertise made an impact & a peace of mind for my care. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend my my team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable & compassionate neurologist. God Bless, Paula Hatch
