Medina Meadows is a wonderful facility. My most recent interactions with them are in my role at Turas Hospice and Palliative Care. Every staff member I have run into has been very friendly and seem happy, even offering to help point me in the right direction in the building. Holly, Steve, and TC have been so kind and inviting, and Kim the activity director is great with her residents as well! I was there yesterday running an activity and it seems like their residents are happy as well! I look forward to returning. My grandma briefly had a stay there as well, and she enjoyed it and was taken care of very well, the therapy was great too.

Resident is not bathed regularly, toilet in room is always dirty, Not being encouraged to change Depends. Food looks anemic.

I tend to be word, so I will cut to the chase. Read RECENT reviews. So much has happened over the years at Medina Meadows. If there were negatives years ago, I can attest that there should be few, if any, now. My stepdad has been at Medina Meadows since Aug 2024. We are more than satisfied with his care there. From the top all the way through the staff there do their utmost to take care of our loved one and see to safety & well-being. The therapy dept is excellent, as is the activities, as well as the business office, kitchen, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance - all are excellent at what they do. And I am not forgetting the nursing staff. Whether it is an RN or other certified caregiver, I have been nothing but pleased with their care of my stepdad. I am sure there are a few who do not give as much to their job as others - that is to be expected these days. But if they are working at Medina Meadows, we sure have not crossed paths. I am constantly commenting to my husband or friends how pleased I am with the caring, compassion, knowledge & commitment to their patients that these wonderful people have shown. I only wish my mom was able to experience such care before she passed. She was at another facility and, even though there were some good, kind staff there, it was never as good as at Medina Meadows. I never have to worry about the cleanliness of the facility or the food being served or the quality of nursing care he is receiving. I rest easy now. And the cherry on top - it is only a 1-story building, so no stairs or elevators. And, all rooms are private - no one has to share a room. If you are searching for a facility for yourself or a loved one, please do check out Medina Meadows. I am so very glad I did!

My dad has been here twice now and I’ve been impressed with the care and attention he’s gotten. From the front desk to the nursing staff to the therapy staff, everyone has been wonderful. The facility is clean and well kept.
