The facility was great taking care of my father after he left the hospital. The rehabilitation was great in improving his movement and getting him home. Thank you team.

I would rate zero if I could. The thing they do best is neglect. Family member was there after surgery. Need pain meds every 4 hours around the clock. May have gotten 2 doses a day. I would guess the nurse to patient radio was 20 to 1 if all the staff showed up. And daily physical rehab was more like twice A week

This place is a death trap for unsuspecting elders. A family member was there for rehab. Three days with no rehab. The only time we saw an aide was when we searched the halls for one. Nurses never checked on the resident, never checked to see if the aides were doing this job. Let your loved one die with dignity. Dignity is not found here. Three days is more than enough neglect to know the staff doesn’t care at all. We had him discharged. They like to tell people “this is not the standard they strive for”. But this is the standard they except. The family will be taking this up with the BBB.

Seldom do i post a review about anything! Im just not that person. I found myself looking for a rehab facility for my family member and was so stressed to find a good clean one with caring people because I work full time and can not always be there. I called Medilodge of Taylor and spoke to a Margarita in admissions and asked for a tour. I couldn't get off work in time so Margarita agreed to stay late so she could give me a tour. By the time the tour was over (1 hour because I had so many questions), I felt like I could trust her and had a friendship with her. Well everything she said was right! My family member who begged not to be put in a facility is now begging to stay longer. The staff are so nice to her and she can be grumpy!!! She loves the food and the facility is so clean and pretty. Margarita has even been into check on her often! I would recommend this place to anyone and I feel like all the stress has been lifted off my shoulders. She is even walking now! Thank you Medilodge And Margarita
