I have been in the healthcare industry for 28 years. I am a firm believer that some ppl do not belong in healthcare. This place has the worst RN's EVER! I have never seen such bad bedside manners in the 28 years I have been in the field. The aids are not the best either. My situation was for rehabilitation for two weeks. Per the Hospital Dr we don't want you laying in bed all day you need to go somewhere where you can have help getting up and down and building your strength back. Well the only way she was able to get out of bed is if we were up there. They never once came in her room and asked her or advised her that she needled to get up and try and walk to help build her strength. If you asked a question they got and attitude with you and acted like you were a bother. Please do not take a love one here. I will never allow a loved one of mine to go back to a place like this.

Very nice staff and the facility is VERY CLEAN. I called the facility today, 11/22/2025, and inquired about visiting hours. The facilities visiting hours are 8am to 8pm.

This place is terrible! My husband had a stroke and my love one has no care, every time I go up to visit him he is in solid clothes, his bathroom is disgusting with pee and poop all over then he walks in it and gets it all over the bed. He never looks clean, his clothes come up missing. There is absolutely No communication, when you ask to talk to someone they all avoid you. No one ever asks how you are doing if you have any questions. I want to move him elsewhere but there is No one to talk too. I would not recommended this place to anyone.

Seems like a nice place at first. Then we noticed things.... First off; they were FORGETTING TO FEED MY AUNT. Yep. You read that correctly! She's on hospice and lost 15lbs in this facility from them not feeding her. We also sat in her room one day for SIX HOURS and nobody came in there to give her a drink or even check on her. We moved her to Maplebrook and she is being taken care of properly there. Do NOT recommend this place

Facility is very clean and inviting. The staff are friendly and helpful. My loved one just moved in this week and so far things have went very smoothly. He likes the food and feels comfortable.
