Five Stars for Compassionate Care I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional care Medi Home Health and Hospice provided to my stepmother’s aunt during her final weeks with us. From the very beginning, the team was professional, kind, and deeply compassionate. They not only made sure her physical comfort was a priority, but they also supported our family with empathy and understanding during such a difficult time. The nurses, aides, and social workers truly went above and beyond, always taking the time to answer our questions and offer guidance. Their commitment to making her feel comfortable and respected in her final moments meant the world to our family. We will always be grateful for their support, and I wholeheartedly recommend Medi Home Health and Hospice to anyone in need of compassionate and excellent patient care.

My mom has been a patient with Medi Home Health for over a year. She is totally bedridden from a stroke and they are doing everything possible for us to be able to keep her at home. I could not ask for better care for her from the nursing staff, the CNA's, Chaplain, case worker, they are all amazing and I could not do it without them.

I am sure they are good at what they do...OT and PT but their scheduling is HORRIBLE. My wife has both OT and PT and I get random texts from them in the EVENING (last one was at 8P) saying they will be to meet with her the next day. PT sent me a text at a reasonable hour (4P) to schedule the same day. I am 72 and am not tied to my phone 24 hours a day. No idea why they cannot coordinate schedules so my wife's day is not totally consumed post surgery. "If" they have a scheduler they need to find another one who can do the job and let us know what day/time they plan to show up at least a day or so in advance. I am very pleased with Tish and the PT team which is why I chose to go with them post surgery. OT seems very confused about their schedules. One of the OT says she will be there and then another calls and says he (not her) will be there. Since is was for a female bath it made a difference
