I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Med Care Home Health.
I was discharged from the hospital on June 25, 2026, with orders for home health services. As a dialysis patient recovering from a broken left arm, I depend on these services for my health and safety. Despite repeated phone calls and text messages, no one came to my home to provide the care I was told I would receive.
In addition to the lack of service, I experienced poor communication and what I felt was unprofessional behavior from staff. When I tried to address my concerns, I did not feel that I was treated with the respect and professionalism every patient deserves.
More than anything, I was left without the assistance I needed after leaving the hospital. I had to continue waiting for basic care while trying to recover from a serious injury.
My hope is that Med Care improves its communication, follows through on scheduled home health visits, and treats all patients with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Arturo is an amazing physical therapist! He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients' progress. He takes the time to listen, explain treatments clearly, and create a personalized plan that works. Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, I’ve seen great improvement.
